Corfu Sailing Club in conjunction with the Hellenic Sailing Federation and EUROSAF hosts the 2022 EUROSAF Women’s Match Racing European Championship as part of the Women’s World Match Racing Tour. The club was founded in 1977 and is the biggest club in the Ionian Sea. The boats being used for the regatta are Platu 25, each boat will be provided with the following sails: Mainsail, Jib, Spinnaker.
The course will be situated in the Garitsa Bay in the heart of the town of Corfu, next to the Old Fortress with the possibility to race just outside the Sailing Club depending on the wind conditions.
