Caroline Bayless competed in her first WWMRT event in 2025, having begun match racing in 2024. Leading Team Something Chill, a group of freshly minted college sailors, Caroline brings energy, ambition, and a love for the sport to every regatta. The team is transitioning from a successful career in collegiate fleet and team racing to the high-intensity world of match racing.

Based in the U.S., Team Something Chill is all about finding the sweet spot between performance and spirit. They’re competitive, driven, and always up for a good challenge—but never at the expense of keeping things fun and collaborative.
